Two Ways to Work With Us

Not every traveler needs the same level of support. Some prefer a fully designed, concierge-level experience, while others simply want expert guidance before planning on their own.

Azure Skies Travel offers two ways to work together depending on what level of support you’re looking for.

Most of our clients choose our Full Service Trip Design so they can relax while we handle every detail from start to finish.

Full Service Trip Design

Our clients receive high-touch, concierge-level planning and support from the moment we begin designing their trip until they return home. We intentionally work with a limited number of travelers so every trip gets the care and attention it deserves.

To support this level of personalized service, we charge a non-refundable Trip Design & Concierge Service Fee. This covers the time and expertise invested in the upfront research, custom itinerary design, supplier coordination, booking management, and ongoing support. It also includes our assistance if your travel plans change or require cancellation.

This service is ideal for travelers who want their entire trip professionally designed and managed from start to finish.

The Trip Planning Process

To make things simple and clear, our process is organized into four phases.

Phase 1: Discovery

This is where we learn what matters most to you and build the foundation for your trip.

  • Fill out a brief New Trip Form with some basic details about your trip

  • From there, we’ll schedule a New Trip Consultation Call to review your travel goals and preferences

  • You’ll receive a recap email with notes from the call, along with next steps and options to move forward if you choose to hire us

Phase 2: Design

Once you decide to move forward, we get to work designing your custom trip.

  • A Trip Design & Concierge Service Fee invoice and client agreement are sent

  • After the fee and agreement are received, we begin researching and designing your proposal

  • Your proposal is delivered for review

  • Minor edits and refinements are made to ensure it feels just right

Phase 3: Booking

When everything looks perfect, we secure your trip.

  • You approve the itinerary and authorize the deposit payment

  • We submit payment and confirm reservations with the supplier

  • Congratulations!  Your trip is officially booked and the fun really begins.

Phase 4: Concierge Care

This is where you feel the difference of having a dedicated travel advisor in your corner.

  • Ongoing support to finalize all the small details, including transportation, dining reservations, tips, reminders, and anything else needed to make your trip effortless

  • Pre-travel guidance so you know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to travel with confidence

Designing a personalized itinerary requires significant research, planning, and behind-the-scenes coordination to ensure every detail of your trip flows seamlessly. Because every trip we design is unique, Trip Design & Concierge Service Fees vary depending on the destination, itinerary complexity, length of travel, and number of travelers, with fees starting at $150.

Ask the Travel Expert Session

For travelers who enjoy planning their own trips but would like professional insight before moving forward, we offer the Ask the Travel Expert Session.

This is a one-on-one, 30-minute consultation designed to give you clarity, guidance, and expert perspective on your travel plans without full-service trip planning.

During this session, we’ll talk through your ideas at a strategic level so you can move forward with confidence and avoid common mistakes that travelers often encounter when planning complex trips.

Topics we may cover include:

• Destination and timing validation
• Big picture routing and trip flow
• What’s realistic for your timeframe
• Priority setting and pacing
• Common mistakes to avoid
• General insight on areas, timing, and logistics

This option is ideal for travelers who want professional guidance but plan to book and manage their trip independently.

Because this session focuses on high-level strategy and guidance, it does not include detailed itinerary design, supplier research, or booking services.

This session does not include:

  • Full trip or itinerary design
  • Specific hotel or resort recommendations
  • Specific tours or tour company names
  • Detailed day-by-day itineraries
  • Dining recommendations
  • Booking services
  • Ongoing planning or trip support

Ask The Travel Expert Fee is $95 for one 30-minute session.
